How is EcoBlend Made?

Step 1: Collection of raw materials

Municipal and Construction Demolition Waste

It all begins with the collection of incinerator bottom ash (IBA), a by-product of the energy-from-waste sector or demolition breakout from the construction industry. These materials, often destined for landfills, are diverted and brought to our state-of-the-art processing facilities.

Step 2: Advanced sorting and processing

Material sorting and processing

The collected waste undergoes rigorous sorting. Materials like metals are separated and sent for recycling, while the remaining aggregates are crushed and screened to create a uniform, high-quality material ready for further processing.

Step 3: Innovative manufacturing

Production and quality control

The processed aggregates are transformed into Ecoblend through a series of innovative techniques. This process includes further refining, grading, and blending to meet specific industry standards and ensure optimal performance. All our Ecoblend products are rigorously tested to ensure they meet the highest quality and performance standards, guaranteeing a reliable and consistent product every time.
